The position
As a trusted advisor to the local management team, you will focus on supporting one of our major production areas - M1 (API Manufacturing 1). You will help shape the organization to meet future needs, guide HR-related initiatives, and play a pivotal role in empowering senior management teams to achieve success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizational development, process facilitation, and team development.
- Facilitating HR processes and leading HR projects, including executing central annual HR processes, bonus and salary reviews, talent management, and employee engagement surveys.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives, both within M1 and across the SVP area.
- Supporting and driving strategic and operational discussions regarding leadership, organizational structure, performance governance, company culture, and sustainable well-being.
Your primary stakeholders will be your local management teams in M1, as well as the other HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in API P&O. Your main location will be at the Kalundborg site (KA) in Denmark.
Qualifications
You are recognized as a pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset. You are someone that others want to collaborate with and who earns respect from stakeholders for driving initiatives forward, all while demonstrating high personal integrity and offering your perspectives in a respectful manner.
Ideally, you:
- Have experience as HR Business Partner and/or Manager within a large, international, and culturally diverse environment that involves change management and organizational development.
- Can think strategically and translate business needs into HR actions, grounded in a deep understanding of challenges and future outlooks.
- Know how to eliminate people and organization-related roadblocks, providing robust support for the implementation of strategies.
- Hold a relevant academic degree in HR, Organization, Business Psychology, or a similar field.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You naturally bridge differing opinions by showcasing strong cultural understanding and effective stakeholder management. You excel at finding solutions, fostering collaboration, and focusing on the priorities that matter most to the end user, all while being an experienced process facilitator.
About the department
Our People & Organisation Business Partnering department consist of 11 HRBP, a Project Lead, a project coordinator, a Training Academy team and several students, supporting all HR processes in API. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs.
You will be assigned to M1 (API Manufacturing 1) and the facility includes all process steps from fermentation to purification incl. support functions (e.g. technical support, process support, QC and QA)
This is why you must be able to see yourself as part of production, having most of your working days in the production facility.
