The position
As HR Business Partner, you will join our Finished Product Manufacturing, People & Organisation team (FPM P&O). FPM DK-1 in Kalundborg is a production facility with assembly and pack of a variety of products. FPM DK-1 in Kalundborg comprises of a variety of specialised workers within a GMP environment. Your support and efforts will allow the team and its leaders to thrive during this period of continued growth as Novo Nordisk continues to scale upwards over the next years. In this position you can expect to maintain an active presence on the shopfloor, building trusted relationships that will produce effective solutions to any challenges that may arise, all the while promoting an engaging company culture. Other key responsibilities will include:
- Support and empower team leaders within FPM through coaching, sparring, and comprehensive HR assistance, fostering a culture of inclusivity and engagement.
- Focus on developing 1st line managers in FPM, emphasising an inclusive atmosphere and promoting the Novo Nordisk Way.
- Take a lead role in standardising and enhancing the onboarding process for new leaders, placing emphasis on a sense of belonging and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with the CVP HRBP to co-drive the P&O Annual Wheel Processes, contributing to pivotal strategic HR initiatives.
- Contribute and facilitate cross-functional projects within Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM), orchestrating impactful events and workshops across the SVP/EVP Area, driving progress and collaboration.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, the ideal person will possess an academic degree in Human Resources, Organisation, Business Psychology or similar. Other key skills and experiences required are as follows:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as HR advisor within a large, international and culturally diverse environment is preferred. However, candidates with similar experience are welcome to apply as well.
- Ability to think strategically and to translate business into simple and impactful HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook.
- Professional fluency in both written and verbal communication in English and Danish.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in leadership coaching and development.

About the department
P&O Business Partnering is an area within People and Organisation at Novo Nordisk consisting of units that collaborate closely with the Global P&O Services and the P&O Centres of Excellences, to help bridge the global P&O community with the line of business. We act as strategic advisors to the business and play a pivotal role in supporting Novo Nordisk’ success providing guidance to our leaders and employees within our fields of expertise including but not limited to: Organisational Development & M&A, Health & Safety, People Relations & Compliance, Training & Capability Building as well as HR Business Partnering.
