The job
As an Equipment Responsible, your job will be to ensure that the production equipment is always in top shape and validated to deliver efficient and flawless production - every time.
Your primary tasks will consist of, but are not limited to:
• Perform systematic problem solving, including data extraction from process control systems.
• Manage and report change requests, change cases, CR cases and deviations.
• Conduct periodic system evaluations and log/report change cases.
• Assess and contribute to optimal maintenance strategies.
• Support and collaborate with maintenance teams.
An essential part of your role will be to tackle complex challenges, optimize equipment and processes and provide ongoing support to production. You will be a key person in the organization, playing a central role as a link between production, support teams and maintenance. We value your ability to work objectively and take pride in delivering the highest quality results every day.
We work closely with deadlines and our production runs 24/7 - 365, so you will be trusted to give your best to reach the goal at all times.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you to have:
• A technical background, e.g. as a mechanical engineer or a similar technical education.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of production facilities.
• Knowledge of GXP requirements and a flexible approach to working to them.
• Competencies in handling change requests, requirement specifications, wiring and testing.
• Knowledge of water systems, WFI operations, black utility and raw water systems - this is a distinct advantage.
Previous experience with specialized systems, such as water systems and black utilities, will be an advantage.
As a person you have:
• Strong analytical insight and ability to understand processes and relationships.
• Team player mindset that approaches tasks with curiosity and humor.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to qualify equipment.
• Willingness to take full ownership of relevant equipment.
• Excellent ability to collaborate and maintain a positive attitude.
