The Position

As an Equipment Quality Control Supporter, you will join the Equipment team and be responsible for analytical equipment needed to conduct the QC analysis in our department. You will play a crucial role in our rapidly developing team. 

 

Join the team and work closely with 7 professionals, 5 laboratory technicians, and 3 IT system managers in a dedicated team. Our equipment inventory includes NIR, PSD, Karl Fisher, pH meters, balances, pipettes, and more.

 

In this role, there is a chance to be involved in change requests, deviations, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates as we work under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

 

Your main focus will be on: 
•    Qualifying and implementation new analytical equipment.
•    Troubleshooting and providing support for equipment-related issues.
•    Conducting annual life-cycle-management to assess and respond to equipment trends.
•    Driving optimization of equipment processes through innovation including LEAN methodology, digital tools and automation.
•    Presenting of equipment-related documentation during inspections and audits.

 

Qualifications

The qualifications we value include having:
•    A min. bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, natural science, physics, automation engineering or similar field.
•    Experience in working with equipment in a GMP environment.
•    Preferably exposure to systems like LIMS, TIMS,  and a natural flair for IT.
•    Professional proficiency in English and Danish.

About the Department

The team you will join is named Purification Plant Quality Control Laboratory (PPQC) support and consists of 16 colleagues. PPQC support is a part of PPQC lab supporting 4 purification plants in Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS-API). The department consists of 4 teams with approx. 70 lab technicians and chemists. PPQC support is responsible for equipment in the lab and PAT NIR instruments placed in the PS-API production.
