Apply today for a life-changing career!

The Position
As an Environmental Professional, you will support our CVP partner in environmental matters and ensure collaboration with various stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

In this role, you will support colleagues handling environment and energy tasks within Business Support and Manufacturing Development, and be an active team player in the Product Support, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) environmental organization.

Qualifications
We realize that few people are experts at everything.

But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • A academic degree in environmental management, or a related field.
  • You could be newly graduated or have some years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present effectively and make sound decision recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, set directions when needed, and manage changes in processes.
  • Familiarity with Danish environmental legislation and the ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards.
  • Good stakeholder engagement and management, with the ability to build trusting re-lationships at all levels and drive agendas independently.

As a person, you excel at building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills. You are detail-oriented and capable of translating complex information into clear, compelling content. Your ability to work independently and meet deadlines is complemented by your strategic mindset and deep un-derstanding of the pharmaceutical industry and public/private partnerships. If you are passionate about public affairs and possess a strong ethical foundation, you will thrive in this role at Novo Nordisk.

About the Department
You will become part of Business Support in one of our largest factories M1, where you will be part of a smaller environmental team consisting of 3 employees. However, you will have a very large contact surface outside the team and the department with a number of important stakeholders.
