The position
As CVP Environment and Energy Partner for our Business Support and Manufacturing Development areas you will be the key player in driving and supporting the two areas on many different tasks, such as:

  • Legal compliance and authority inspections.
  • Comply with ISO14001 and ISO50001 management standards, including management reviews and internal/external audits.
  • Management presentations and training within Environment and Energy.
  • Initiatives to support the environmental strategy and ensure trustworthy forecasts.
  • Environment and Energy assessment of changes and new projects included planning of needed actions.
  • ESG reporting, including data to Novo Nordisk Annual Report and internal ESG audits.
  • Be a strong support for other employee handling tasks within environment and energy in Business Support and Manufacturing Development and be an active team player in PS API across environmental organization.

As CVP Partner you will be the environment and energy resource for the CVP of Business Support and the CVP of Manufacturing Development.

 

Business Support is a CVP area within PS API consisting of more than 150 employees supporting PS API within finance and procurement, supply change management, technical production support, Health and Safety, IT and future operations, facility management, infrastructure and cLEAN.

 

Manufacturing Development is another CVP area within PS API consisting of more than 240 employees bridging development and manufacturing. The area has a technical production facility and laboratories placed in Bagsværd and Kalundborg.


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

  • A Masters’s degree in environmental management or other relevant education
  • 3-5 years of experience from a similar position is an advantage
  • Communication skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, set the direction when needed and manage changes in processes
  • Familiarity with Danish environmental legislation and the ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards
  • Strong stakeholder engagement/management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels while driving agendas in an independent fashion
  • Skilled presenter and communicator and capable of making effective decision recommendations
  • Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English

You are a Team player with an international mindset and enjoy being part of a global work environment. You have the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner and to proactively manage numerous and changing priorities effectively. About the department
API EHS is a specialist function supporting PS API within External environment and Health and Safety. We are driving the External Environment and Health and Safety strategies for PS API and as such our main tasks are to ensure that PS API stay in compliance with Authority requirements and ISO standards.  Our aim is to foster a safety first environment in PS API striving towards zero work related accidents as well as helping PS API API identifying improvement areas leading to reduction of energy, water and waste in the API production and ultimately realise our Circular for Zero ambition.
