Your new role

The position is a temporary position for 12 months covering maternity leave.

As an Environment Monitoring Process Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our production environment meets the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Supporting the production and operators in resolving challenges they encounter in their daily work.
  • Controlling and correcting any trends in the internal environment, including the preparation of trend reports.
  • Handling deviations to ensure ongoing updating of instructions and procedures, to comply with current GMP requirements and established manufacturing procedures. This also includes ensuring timely product release.
  • Managing change requests for both minor and major process or building changes.

 

Your new department
You will join the Purification department within Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) Manufacturing 1 (M1) at our Kalundborg site. Here, we produce essential ingredients for medicines that help people living with chronic diseases such as diabetes and obesity. Our team is dedicated to innovation and optimisation, working together in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. At M1, the entire production chain is gathered under one roof, offering unique opportunities for collaboration and development.

 

Your skills & qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Holding a MSc. degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering etc. You could also hold a technical education within the field.
  • Experience in at least one of the following would be considered advantageous: cleanrooms, HVAC systems, microbiology, engineering, and validation.
  • A great understanding of microbiology or relevant process knowledge and it comes naturally for you to set direction in your daily work.
  • Working proficiency in English and Danish language.
  • Displaying a natural sense of ownership and an ability to navigate complex tasks.
