As our new Energy Supporter, you will help ensure that we scale our production responsibly while reducing our environmental footprint. Your new role
As an Energy Supporter in API Manufacturing II (M2), you will play a key role in ensuring that our production facilities meet the highest energy standards while supporting our ambitious capacity expansion. You will act as energy responsible for the area and work closely with operations, projects, and environmental specialists to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing energy activities in M2, including mapping, meter management, meter strategy, and energy reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant environmental legislation and ISO 50001 requirements.
- Following up on energy targets and supporting the identification and execution of optimisation initiatives.
- Planning, performing, and following up on audits to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Contributing to energy-related assessments in projects, installations, processes, and calculations.
Your new department
You will join CMC & Product Supply, a global organisation of more than 30,000 colleagues responsible for bringing molecules, devices and products from development to commercial supply. You will be a part of a department supporting the productions area within environment, energy and equipment life cycle management with your primary role to support within energy compliance and improvement.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a structured and detail‑oriented colleague who is motivated by driving environmental excellence and supporting a large production area.
To succeed, you bring:
- An academic background in energy management, marine engineering, or a related field, preferably with experience from a regulated environment.
- Solid experience with ISO 50001 and energy compliance.
- A systematic and analytical approach, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
- A proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills to engage stakeholders across the organisation.
- Motivation to stay updated on legislation, trends, and technologies within energy management, and to participate in relevant professional networks.
- Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
