The position

As our new Department Assistant, you will support our management team with a wide range of coordinating and administrative tasks.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Coordinate management activities across the department such as meetings, events, seminars etc.
  • Support in hiring and onboarding processes, and maintain the manning overview in our systems
  • Contribute to department strategy and organisational change management initiatives
  • Drive new initiatives, improve processes and also bring forward ideas for improvement that will benefit both colleagues and managers in their daily work

 

You will be part of and work closely with the PPV assistant group, where you will solve tasks across the area and strive for continuously improvements. You possess a ‘need-to’ mind-set to avoid over-processing and be a part of starting up building administrative processes and standards across the organisation.

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience from a similar position as part of a management team
  • Experience with MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities such as PowerPoint, it’s an advantage to have flair for IT, digitalization, use of PowerTools etc.
  • Flair for numbers and knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage
  • Experience with presentation and great communication skills
  • You are fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken

You can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You can work independently and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. About the department

You will join Purification Plant V (PPV) Business Support in Kalundborg, Denmark. We are a team of approximately 250 colleagues, working across several departments and teams to finalize the first process line, which will soon begin operations. We will produce future products for Novo Nordisk, playing a key role in Novo Nordisk’s social responsibility strategy. Our work supports the delivery of significant quantities to third-world countries. We are dedicated to delivering strong results that contribute to Novo Nordisk’s success by ensuring high-quality APIs at a competitive cost for our patients.
