As Cleaning Specialist, you will set the direction for cleaning across API purification and support in Kalundborg. You will define cleaning strategy, solve complex cases and keep processes validated and compliant. Working with stakeholders, management and expert partners, you will help ensure our API is made to the highest quality standards, so more people living with serious chronic diseases can rely on our medicine every day.

•  Relevant experience within the production of API.

•  Good teaching skills and the motivation to keep developing your professional and personal expertise.

•  Experience applying cLEAN tools in daily work and problem solving.

Useful, but not essential:

•  Experience presenting to auditors during audits and inspections, and responding to findings.

What you'll do

You will be the point of reference for cleaning across M3 and PS API, turning expertise into stable, compliant and continuously improved processes.

•  Define the cleaning strategy and contribute to major investment cleaning projects across M3 and PS API.

•  Handle high-complexity cases and use a systematic approach to find the root cause of unintentional variation with relevant stakeholders.

•  Improve processes and standards so expectations for quality, delivery, cost, working environment and lead time are met.

•  Act as cleaning lead during audits and inspections, presenting documentation and responding to findings.

•  Keep equipment qualified, cleaning processes validated and relevant documents aligned with cGMP and other regulations.

•  Train and support process and cleaning supporters, and share best practice within and across production areas.

Who you'll work with

In Global Manufacturing & Supply, colleagues work across the value chain to scale molecules, processes and products for the people who need them. You will be based in API Purification in Kalundborg and act as M3’s single point of entry for cleaning cooperation.

You will work closely with operators, cleaning responsibles and management, and partner with QA, QC, IT, Maintenance, CMC/MSAT, Project Managers and Purchasing. You will also share knowledge across manufacturing facilities in API, including API-DK and API-US, and communicate results to managers and department leaders. Together, you will keep cleaning processes stable, improve them continuously and move forward with clarity.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
