The Position
As a Cleaning Engineer, you will participate in project activities for investigating design, constructability, schedule and cost for a new purification facility. The key design principle will be to implement the best-in-class design standards from other facilities.
Join us as an active part in a competent user organisation, integrating with engineering partners, and collaborating with contractors while supervising their activities. We look forward to seeing you managing project risks proactively and develop standards to ensure structure and transparency. Help us keep the team focused on implementing known solutions as well as developing new design solutions where relevant.
We are open to adjusting the tasks and the level of the position to your experience.
The main tasks will be to:
• Participate in project activities such as design review, design risk assessments, FAT and SAT.
• Perform tests and ensure all documentation is in place.
• Perform validation of Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) of all process equipment, including ownership of CIP specific processes.
• Take on professional responsibility for pharmaceutical processes and equipment.
Qualifications
The qualifications we value include having:
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in natural science, engineering or similar field.
• Strong experience within Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ideally Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing.
• A solid understanding of unit operations, pharmaceutical processes and documentation.
• Knowledge and experience related to design review and validation of CIP, which is considered an advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
