The Position
In this position, you will be responsible for all health & safety matters in a new purification facility in Kalundborg. You will be a key team member, acting as a trusted advisor and partner on all aspects related to the HS requirements and standards, providing invaluable support to our Vice President and Chief Vice President (VP/CVP) and other stakeholders. 

 

You can expect to:

  • Coordinating in alignment with the Novo Nordisk Way, our value-based management system, ISO45001, and Novo Nordisk HS strategy, ensuring seamless implementation of rules and requirements, encompassing legal mandates, strategies, and best practices.
  • Actively driving processes aimed at enhancing the performance of our departments in line with the before mentioned standards and sustain systems supporting HS processes.
  • Driving and supporting the HS team throughout the new purification facility.
  • Managing stakeholders and fostering strong relationships across the board.
  • Acting as an HS Change Supporter as needed, ensuring that essential HS requirements are met and involving relevant HS areas.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An academic degree in Health and Safety or a relevant field, combined with ongoing supplementary training in relevant areas.
  • Knowledge and professional experience in applying HS concepts and understanding of the HS processes, as well as ability to drive and support complex processes proactively. 
  • Strong analytical skills and practical experience in analyzing complex business issues.
  • Excellent understanding of ISO45001 and Danish HS legislation.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish.
