The Position
As CVP Health & Safety Partner, you will be responsible for driving the activities Health & Safety across an organization of 900 people in PS API manufacturing II, Kalundborg.
Your responsibilities:

Advisor to Corporate Vice President (CVP) on Health & Safety matters.

Responsible for driving and coordinating Novo Nordisk safety management system and processes with initiatives

Contribute and implement Novo Nordisk HS strategy, set goals, and follow up on these. Secure that we live up to the Novo Nordisk HS and Product Supply API ambitions.

Collaborate with People Managers, HS Representatives, Work Wise Trainer, NovoGizer, electrical and ATEX/CE Responsible, Maintenance (HS legal), facility manager, Project managers and environmental partner within the (E)HS process in agreement with Novo Nordisk Way and Health & Safety policy.

Train and on-board HS responsible according to processes and standards.
Qualifications
You enjoy working independently and have the competencies to drive processes and systems in collaboration with peers and colleagues. You thrive in working structured and can handle a large network of stakeholders across the whole organization.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A relevant bachelor's or master's degree or other relevant education
- At least 3 years of HS experience, including managerial roles
- In-depth knowledge of HS, leadership skills
- Fluency in English, Danish is preferred
On a personal level, you are a proactive and safety-focused professional with strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. You bring an innovative mindset and excel at inspiring and motivating teams to achieve high standards in HS performance. As a strategic planner with a results-driven approach, you have a talent for empowering others and developing their potential, demonstrating leadership in guiding teams toward shared goals.
