Your new role
As Business Partner in the API Executive Office, you'll be at the heart of strategic decision-making for API Manufacturing. You'll drive critical processes that shape how we manage risk, ensure business continuity, and maintain compliance across our global operations. This role combines strategic process responsibility with hands-on problem-solving, giving you direct exposure to senior leadership while building your expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Driving key strategic processes including Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Business Ethics across API Manufacturing
- Designing and establishing new processes that meet evolving requirements from Global Manufacturing & Supply GMS and Novo Nordisk level
- Leading and supporting critical assignments for the SVP of API Manufacturing and API Leadership Team
- Facilitating management dialogues and decision-making processes and interacting with stakeholders across different organizational levels
- Developing compelling presentations on complex topics for audiences ranging from employees to senior leadership
- Balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a business-critical perspective and ensuring timely delivery

The API Manufacturing Executive Office supports the Senior Vice President of API Manufacturing and the API Leadership Team. As a small, agile team, we own and facilitate strategic processes, drive organizational initiatives, and provide critical support and scoping to solve complex business challenges. Our work spans portfolio governance, risk management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and business continuity – all essential to enable that our manufacturing operations are running smoothly and to support our ambitious growth plans.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a strategic thinker and executer who thrives on complexity and enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll bring with you:
- Master’s degree in finance, Project Management, Business Administration or similar field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within organizational development, communication, change management, or similar business functions or consultancies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling reports and presentations that convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Excellent stakeholder relations and networking capabilities – you naturally build and maintain relationships across organizational levels and understand diverse needs and priorities
- Strong analytical skills that allow you to extract insights and meaningful conclusions from complex issues

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
