The position
As a Business Partner in API QA, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing management support to the leadership teams in API QA, including day-to-day management tasks, change management, strategy implementation and optimization
- Acting as a strategic anchor, supporting the overall strategic agenda in the area and ensuring alignment with the Novo Nordisk Quality strategy
- Engaging in communication and fostering engagement towards the Line of Business and stakeholders to ensure seamless information sharing
- Driving and implementing projects across the organization

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of business processes, systems, and industry requirements.
To be successful in this role, you:
- Hold a master’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Have several years’ of demonstrated experience in a business partner or similar role, providing support to senior leaders in strategic discussions and decision-making
- Have proficiency in working with data to ensure data-driven decision-making
- Have experience within Project management
- Are fluent in English
On a personal level, you showcase outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.
About the department
You will become a part of API QA, which consists of 8 areas: in this role, you will support all areas, where two is located the U.S and the rest in DK.
You will be placed within API QA Operational- & Business Support, a department composed of various competences. We are located in Kalundborg and are 46 dedicated and highly talented employees, divided into three different teams, 2 operational teams and our Business Support team.
In this position you will be a part of our Business Support team, a team consisting of Project managers, a group coordinating training, our Audit & Inspection group, as well as cLEAN, data and Finance. While your primary focus will be on the areas you are supporting, you will also collaborate with and work within API QA Business support as your key sparring partners and team members.
