Join us as an Associate manager for Training & Archive team!
The Position
As an associate manager, you will lead a team responsible for operational training and archiving. The team consists of 14 employees which is divided into 2 subteams. You and your team will cooperate closely with our stakeholders across multiple departments.
The main tasks will be to:
• Support your employees in their daily operations and continuous work with process optimizations
• Have responsibility for your team’s performance, setting targets and reaching them
• Set direction, motivate and develop your employees to keep them highly engaged
As part of the management team in Business Support, you will be responsible for implementing initiatives supporting the overall strategy in API and M1.
You bring a strategic perspective and a general overview from the shop floor to the director level, with an open and proactive leadership approach, making sure your team thrives while cooperating and challenging the way we do business.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you preferably have:
• Master’s degree in business or other related fields
• Solid experience in setting direction, engaging others, prioritization according to strategic aspirations and stakeholder management
• You preferably have experience within Pharma or related industries
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and natural ability to talk to employees at all levels
We expect you to be fluent in English both written and spoken; Danish language skills on a communicative level or willingness to learn it would be advantageous.

About the department
Our department hold 52 specialized employees, with close collaboration across teams and Associate Managers, including among others training, planning, warehouse, purchase, finance and our cLean coordinator. Combined we are Business Support, and together we support 2 multilines both covering Fermentation, Recovery and Purification. All in all we support 6 departments.
