Associate Process Scientist/Engineer

Are you motivated by turning scientific understanding into robust, scalable processes? As an Associate Process Scientist/Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and optimising manufacturing processes that support the delivery of high‑quality products to patients worldwide.

 

Your new role

As Associate Process Scientist/Engineer, you will contribute to the development, characterisation and continuous improvement of processes within a GMP environment. Working closely with cross‑functional colleagues, you will help ensure processes are robust, compliant and ready for commercial manufacturing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting process implementation, optimisation and scale‑up activities
  • Executing and documenting qualification and validation activities in line with GMP requirements
  • Contributing to troubleshooting, deviation handling and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting technology transfer activities between development and manufacturing
  • Collaborating with colleagues across production, quality and engineering

 

Your new department

You will join a dedicated and highly skilled team working within process science and engineering. The department supports manufacturing by providing strong scientific understanding, data‑driven decision‑making and technical expertise across the product lifecycle. Collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are at the core of how the team works.

 

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have a solid scientific or engineering background and enjoy working in a regulated, production‑close environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An academic degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, chemistry or a related discipline
  • Experience or strong interest in process implementation, manufacturing or GMP environments
  • A structured, data-driven and analytical approach to problem‑solving
  • Good collaboration and communication skills across disciplines
  • A desire to learn, develop and take responsibility
  • You are fluent in English, and knowledge of Danish is considered an advantage and helpful for thriving in the local environment.

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600.00 to 734,400.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
