Associate Manager. Head of M2 Project Support

Are you the right people manager to head up M2 Project Support and lead a skilled team supporting execution of a broad investment project portfolio? Your future team handles project controls, business intelligence, and Health and Safety oversight in close collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a team player, have people management skills and an ability to work both operationally and strategically.

 

Your main responsibilities 

  • Further develop a team to drive investment project support activities within project controls, project controlling, business intelligence and Health and safety.
  • Continuously improve the Project controls setup including implementation and anchoring of new technology, initiatives and standards.
  • Be an active part of a highly engaged management team covering project execution, project support, portfolio management and strategy

 

You will bring an open and proactive leadership approach, a strategic perspective, an ability to create overview from shop floor to director level and a strong customer focus.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience from working with project controls, CAPEX projects, financial controlling, and/or
  • People management experience in a support function or global GMP industry
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in business intelligence is a plus
  • Academic degree in finance, engineering, project management or similar
  • Fluency in English is required, Danish language skills are advantageous

 

About the Department:

The API M2 Projects and Strategy department is a newly established department with specialized employees focusing on project execution, project support, portfolio management, and strategy. We work in close collaboration across teams to make a difference for M2.
