The Position 

As an Associate manager, you will be responsible for the Compliance & Improvements team in the API Technical Warehouse. The team is responsible for driving and implementing improvement solutions in own area as well as across all API factories. You will be coaching and creating an environment where the team provides excellent and sustainable solutions to support the operations team and external stakeholders. You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Production Support.

 

The main tasks will be to:

  • Set the direction and create structure
  • Drive leadership by empowering the team and securing people development
  • Be part of and proactively contribute to the management team in TPS
  • Develop and maintain a constructive and respectful relationship to key stakeholders

 

 

Qualifications 
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An academical background – min. Bachelor’s in engineering, Pharma, Natural Sciences or Biotech
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • GMP knowledge and experience incl. quality assurance, quality systems requirements, non-conformity/investigations handling and quality management.
  • Danish and English skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills by being trustworthy and clear in your communication

About the department

In Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) we produce the insulin and GLP-1, used to treat diabetes and obesity patients all over the world. Expanding our capacity to serve even more patients is rapidly transforming and expanding our sites and number of production facilities.

This department is located within PS API and Business Support. The department is responsible for metrology & calibration as well as technical spare parts, and consists of three teams. Two teams in the Technical Warehouse and one in Metrology & Calibration. We have a high focus on the aspiration of being a preferred & superior supplier to our internal costumers and we are working in a highly complex environment serving running API factories and at the same time supporting the new production facilities that are under construction.
