About the Department

You will be part of the EM department. We are approximately 100 employees in the department and around 650 employees at the site. We are a relatively new factory in an exciting phase, where we continue to ramp up while also focusing on stability and optimization.

An aseptic production environment like ours requires attention to cleanliness, safety, and precision to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our patients. We work with the following processes: environmental monitoring, washing and sterilization, preparation, aseptic filling, freeze-drying, and inspection. We also use cLEAN as a key tool for continuous improvement.

We always aspire to operate through effective, solid, and transparent processes—allowing each colleague to deliver on our promise, meet quality standards, and have fun in the process.
