The Position

As an Aseptic Production Supporter, you will be part of our skilled support team in Novo Nordisk Filling Line 12 Process Support, working with all processes needed for aseptic production. We participate in continuous improvements in production and manage systematic problem solving. This is a unique chance to learn aseptic medicinal production from a holistic perspective.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Provide daily proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence.

• Make certain that the department follows current GMP and ISO9001.

• Ensure that batch documentation from fill and Cartridge Packer (CPA) follow the release flow and participate in validation and planning of relevant documents.

• Write and update Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s).

• Support Batch review and continuous optimization.

 

Qualifications

The qualifications we value include having:
•    A master’s degree in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, microbiology, process engineering or similar.
•    Knowledge of basic chemistry, process engineering and LEAN principles.
•    Knowledge or experience with aseptic production is considered a strong advantage.
•    Professional proficiency in Danish and English.

About the department

Our team is part of the Aseptic Manufacturing in Kalundborg area. We are approx. 520 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world.
Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling and visual inspection. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality GMP compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
