Ambitious and collaborative supporter for cross-functional Raw Material & Solvent team

Category:  Manufacturing
Location:

Kalundborg, Region Zealand, DK

Are you passionate about improving processes and equipment based on data and process understanding?

Would you thrive in a team with a high degree of professionalism and independency – and a large number of collaborating stakeholders?

We can offer you a dynamic and challenging job, where you will be responsible for ensuring stable manufacturing of our products, while contributing to rebuild and new-build of facilities.

The position

The RMS Support team is looking into a future where we will be supporting and contributing to many larger facility projects across our facilities. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that equipment and processes are in compliance with regulatory demands at all times, supporting the implementation of state-of-the-art technology that will make us ready for an interesting future. This includes mechanical, automation and Cleaning design, setup qualification and of course the mandatory documentation that will be crucial in your reports and when you analyse your test data.

Expect the job to be a mix of minor and major rebuild projects and daily operations.

Qualifications

Your background is technical or from within the natural sciences, like engineering or a MSc. in chemistry or similar. Some experience in working with manufacturing equipment and/or automation design from large scale production lines in a GMP environment would be an advantage. But also newly educated candidates are relevant for our development and future.

We are looking for a candidate with a high degree of personal initiative, who is professionally curious and proud to deliver work of the highest quality.

You are motivated by taking on responsibility, and your ability to communicate across professional and cultural distances is probably one of the things you are proud of.

This position allows you to achieve expertise within qualification and validation processes across a diverse and complex manufacturing chain.

About the department

Purification Plant is located in Kalundborg – here, about 100 colleagues organised in different teams work together to ensure the safe purification of our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) that make up the backbone in many of the Novo Nordisk quality products. The Raw Material-Solvent Support (RMS) Team that you will be part of, is also anchored here.

The RMS Support team main responsibility is to support the daily operation of solvent and solution use throughout and across the four plants that make up the collective Purification Plants (PP) and ensure support for a range of projects around new facilities, apart from deviation prevention and optimisation changes to our setup. You will have 25 immediate colleagues, with various professional experience and backgrounds.
