The Position
As an Advanced Packaging Professional, you will drive optimal performance of the Packaging Lines and define the strategy for reliable line setup to ensure technical stability.
Our team members collaborate with the equipment responsible and skilled workers, taking preventive actions, driving improvement initiatives and optimizations across the Finished Production.
Your main focus will be on:
• Ensuring the stability of our production equipment.
• Deep diving into the compliance aspect of the data collection and usage, while also employing systematic problem-solving using LEAN principles when needed.
• Developing the Skilled Workers and Technicians’ knowledge.
• Coordination of shutdown activities.
• Driving improvement initiatives related to maintenance management.
Over time, on-call duty may become part of the responsibilities, potentially requiring presence at the production site during evening shifts.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in automation engineering, data science, mechanical engineering, or similar field.
• Experience working with coordination across multiple disciplines and different stakeholders.
• Experience within asset management and maintenance management from a regulated industry, which might be an asset.
• Ability to write reports and documents with a high level of quality.
• Full professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be considered an advantage.
As a person, you are naturally curious and diligent with the ability to quickly learn about complex processes and equipment.
In this role, having a sharp analytical sense makes it easy to pinpoint challenges and identify connections between processes, materials, and equipment. Having excellent communication skills facilitate building cross-functional and global relationships.
About the Department
The Advanced Packaging Professional position is based in Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM), Kalundborg. FPM is a dynamic and fast-paced department located in Denmark. With a team of dedicated professionals, we work towards ensuring technical stability and operational efficiency in our Production lines. FPM is a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills and expertise will make a difference in our mission to support sites globally.
