The Position
As an Advanced Packaging Professional, your main responsibility will be to drive optimal performance of the Packaging Lines and define the strategy for reliable line setup to ensure technical stability.
You will collaborate together with the equipment responsible and skilled workers taking preventive actions, as well as driving improvement initiatives and optimizations across the Finished Production. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the stability of our production equipment.
  • Deep dive into the compliance aspect of the data collection and usage.
  • Systematic problem-solving using LEAN principles.
  • Developing the Skilled Workers and Technicians’ knowledge.
  • Drive improvement initiatives related to maintenance management and coordinate shutdown activities.

 

You can expect that you over time will be a part of on-call duty where you potentially will be needed at the production site during evening shift.
 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role you have:

  • An academic degree within Automation Engineering, Data Science, Mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Ideally, a few years of relevant experience.
  • Ideally, experience working with coordination across multiple disciplines and different stakeholders.
  • Ability to write reports and documents with a high level of quality.
  • Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be considered an advantage.

 

Additionally, experience within asset management and maintenance management from a regulated industry help you transition into the job. 

 

As a person, you are naturally curious and diligent with the ability to quickly learn about complex processes and equipment. You have a sharp analytical sense, which makes it easy for you to pin-point challenges and see connection between processes, materials, and equipment. Lastly, you possess excellent communication skills, and you are able to build relations cross-functionally and globally.

The Advanced Packaging Professional position is based in IFP, Kalundborg. IFP is a dynamic and fast-paced department located in Denmark. With a team of dedicated professionals, we work towards ensuring technical stability and operational efficiency in our Finished Products Production lines.
