The position

Your role as an Admin Supporter will be crucial in ensuring the smooth daily operations for our employees. You will engage with personnel from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Your responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive assistance to the department assistant in various administrative tasks, including:

•    Office management (Meeting preparation, calendar management etc.)
•    Buying office and IT equipment
•    Continuously improve and optimize administrative processes.
•    Ad hoc tasks including practical tasks around the office.

Please note that this is a temporary position for a duration of two years.

 

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: 

•    Are service-oriented by nature
•    Works structured, disciplined systematic
•    Have great IT-skills - especially within MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities
•    Write and speak both Danish and English with confidence. 
•    Secondary education (STX, HHX etc.), alternatively office education
 
As a person, you are reliable, loyal, precise, and objective. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and work as part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and are used to thinking steps ahead of others and secure coordination.


About the department

M2 Fermentation is a department within Novo Nordisk that plays a critical role in producing a substantial amount of insulin for the market. Currently, we are in the process of transforming an old factory by incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing equipment to expand Novo Nordisk's activities further. This expansion will ultimately benefit our patients by allowing us to produce more insulin and meet the growing demand for our products.
