This role is offered as a 12‑month maternity cover.

 

Your new role

As a warehouse supporter you will become part of an established project organisation that must ensure capacity to meet the increased demand from Novo Nordisk A/S, by establishing a new green field GMP production facility including new warehouse in Køge.

The new facility is built to modern standards. Sustainability and safety are key aspects during construction and operation as well as ensuring future expansion capabilities.

Your areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Being a part of implementing the new Warehouse processes from design and layout to documentation.
  • Updating existing or writing new instructions to ensure documentation of the new warehouse processes.
  • Participate in end-to-end process mappings across the organization to ensure interfaces between the different departments in the value chain.
  • Ensuring operational readiness of the new warehouse and that all quality- and safety requirements are implemented.
  • Participate in or facilitate systematic problem solving and handle deviations and changes.

 

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a GMP environment.
  • Practical experience in warehouse operations, process design or optimisation; experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to write procedures, work instructions and quality documents (deviations, change controls, CAPAs).
  • Strong English and Danish communication skills, with a proactive, independent working style and ability to engage stakeholders.

You are practical, solution‑oriented and quality focused, with the drive to turn ideas into operational reality. Comfortable working independently, you proactively engage stakeholders to align priorities and move projects forward. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and embrace continuous improvement to help build robust, safe and efficient warehouse processes.

 

Your new department

In the larger project organisation, you will be part of a smaller warehouse project team currently consisting of 6 engaged and competent employees. You will also be part of the Warehouse organization in our existing Warehouse, where you will be able to draw on the experiences of employees within your field.

Furthermore, you can look forward to work in close collaboration with many different stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure high quality, efficiency, reliability, and stability in our upcoming production facility.
