Then we might have the right position for you, as Training Partner in our Training & Development team.
Please note that this is a 12 months temporary position due to parental leave
The position
As a Training Partner, you will help optimize the training system we have in place, which will serve as the primary tool in enhancing human performance within the role. Your responsibilities include creating effective training solutions to meet training needs and address business challenges. You will contribute with standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing of our training set-up, while also providing day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations for our stakeholders.
Additionally, you will support stakeholders in selecting appropriate training methods and be part of a Training team to share best practices and receive guidance. Although there may be some involvement in specific projects, this role is primarily operational and supportive, where you will assist and engage with various departments based on their needs.
Your daily responsibilities will consist of both independent work and collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders to reach the best possible outcome.
Qualifications
The most important qualification is your passion and drive for training systems and interest in developing efficient training that enhances competences and human performance.
Other qualities to succeed in this:
- A background within adult learning theory is considered a strong advantage, but not a requirement if you have other relevant learning tools in your toolbox
- Experience and flair for PCs and IT systems
- Committed to perform within both strategic and day-to-day work tasks
- A data minded and structured approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact
- Full proficiency in English and Danish
- Experience with compliance and standards will be considered an advantage
As a person, you are ambitious with a high level of energy and a positive and pragmatic mindset that creates solutions that make a difference for your colleagues. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with great ability to interact cross-functionally. You are a team player and focus on developing and sharing best practices - but at the same time, you know how to drive a process on your own.
About the department
People and organisation is a highly engaged and dedicated department consisting of HR, communication and Training & Development. It is our job to ensure that all our HR core processes, communication activities and training processes run smoothly across Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. We work in close collaboration with employees at all levels. You will be a part of the Training & Development team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech which consists of 9 employees. We are aiming at having a team with high engagement and performance, with a great social working environment and a focus on personal development.
