The position
As Senior QA professional you will play a pivotal role for us to succeed with our strategy for new products that enables better medicines for our customers. Your main responsibilities in our team will be:
- You will be QA partner for Manufacturing and Development (ManDev). As QA Partner you will have a close cooperation with ManDev about Tech Transfer to either our internal production or a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO).
- You will serve as the QA Project Lead, responsible for ensuring that new product projects adhere to both internal standards and external regulations. This role requires strong stakeholder management abilities, as you will collaborate closely with the project team and act as the connection between the project and our department. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Depending on your experience and skills additional areas of responsibility will also be a possibility.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- M.Sc within Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably within QA or CMC.
- Solid experience with Tech Transfer to internal production and/or CMO
- Experience in working with R&D on product and process development.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken and working proficiency in Danish

About the department
The team is a part of the QA/RA department at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. The QA/RA department currently consists of 33 employees working diligently to support the entire value chain, from Research & Development to Production and finally Sales & Marketing. We also cover quality and regulatory affairs related communication with the authorities, our B2B customers, our distributors, and our suppliers.
