Your new role
As a Senior LEAN Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving a portfolio of continuous improvement activities across our organisation. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive optimisation initiatives utilising value stream mapping and data analysis to support the business cases and expected business values
- Implement and use of robust LEAN systems including, Value Stream Mapping, Process Confirmation, Visual Management, Structured Problem Solving, KATA.
- Promote adoption and embed LEAN behaviours leading by examples.
- Working closely with our Manufacturing Intelligence team to ensure focus and priorities are creating value in production and supported by data.
- Leading and supporting improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts on the shop floor.
- Driving strategic initiatives through Must Win and How to Win strategy deployment.
Your new department
You will be part of a team of skilled and dedicated professionals, specialised in LEAN, Training, Digitalisation, Data Science and Manufacturing Intelligence in the Operational Excellence & Training department.
We lead Manufacturing Intelligence, LEAN, Training and Digitalisation initiatives for the Novo Nordisk Pharmatech organisation across the entire value stream, supporting efforts to improve efficiency, optimise processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
As our new Senior LEAN Partner, you will have a big impact on optimizing our entire value stream at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S.
Your skills qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- Academic degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Supply chain or economics.
- Minimum of 5+ years of practical optimisation LEAN experience, supplemented with certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN and Value stream mapping).
- Experience with stakeholder relations across the entire value stream of a company and at all levels in the organisation.
- Proven experience in driving improvement initiatives for a Manufacturing area with high quality standards.
- Data-based mindset with the ability to create and implement business cases.
- Fluent in English. Danish is an advantage.

You can build relationships and partnerships across various levels. You have a business focused and data-based mindset with the ability to link work to organisational challenges. You have excellent communication, facilitation, and feedback skills.
