The position

We offer an exciting position where you will drive the daily work on resin development projects. If you have experience with organic chemistry, chemical synthesis or solid phase synthesis you will get the possibility to use that knowledge to help us develop our products. In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will:

  • Planning and conducting experiments in our laboratories together with our laboratory technicians
  • Evaluating and reporting data in a structured and understandable way
  • Building and maintaining good relations with a wide range of stakeholders including production teams, Quality Assurance, Research, analytical teams, customers and project groups
  • Driving both new products and ensuring expert support to existing products

 

This helps us ensure that we can take our processes from development to production facilities.

We are looking for a person that is curious, driven, collaborative and ready to learn - as long as you have the right qualification both new graduates and experienced profile are welcome to apply. 

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • As a minimum a master’s degree within a scientific field such as organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry or pharmacist
  • Relevant experience (practical or theoretical) working with resins (Silica and/or Polymeric)
  • Experience (practical or theoretical) with organic chemistry, chemical synthesis or solid phase synthesis
  • You are fluent in English and would be willing to learn Danish

About the department

We are 34 employees in the R&D department consisting of Principal Scientists, Scientists and Laboratory Technicians. You will become Development Scientist in the Manufacturing Development department which consists of 15 dedicated employees that develop and supply novel materials for manufacturing of therapeutic proteins in the biopharmaceutical industry. We work in close collaboration with our customers to develop optimal purification solutions for new and existing molecules used for the treatment of many different conditions. The atmosphere is relaxed, creative and characterised by our growth mindset.
