The position

As our new QC Chemist, you will be responsible for handling equipment, deviations, par-ticipating in systematic problem-solving, and assisting with optimizations in our labora-tory.

Your primary tasks will be:

· To ensure timely approval of world-class products.

· To make sure that equipment is in a calibrated state and always performs effi-ciently.

· To work in accordance with documents in the QMS system and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

· To assist with problem solving and to share your knowledge with others.

· To optimize and validate analysis methods.

Your main interface will be with Laboratory Technicians, supporters as well as QA.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, ideally you will have:

· An academic degree within natural science.

· 2+ years of relevant experience.

· Prior experience of working on deviations and change requests.

· Proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

· Due to our many stakeholders, it is important that you are adept at building rela-tionships and are skilled in communication.

· Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage.

About the department

We are a well-functioning department, and you will be joining a team of 15 highly pro-fessional and motivated Lab Technicians and Chemists, who support the development of products and production with high-quality assays. The team also handles tasks like sta-bility tests, raw material controls, implementation of new analytical equipment and soft-ware, development and validation of methods etc.

It is a laboratory with high complexity as we have many different analytical techniques.

The laboratory is moving towards more digitalisation and use of data analyses, and we are in the process of replacing our current Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solution.
