The position
As a Process Supporter at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, you will:

  • Provide daily support for production.
  • Ensure that processes are in control and that production plans are followed.
  • Drive the implementation and optimisation of new and current processes, including process validation.
  • Participate in the assessment of safety and risks related to our production processes.
  • Ensure that procedures, instructions, and standards are updated and compliant with cGMP and legislation.
  • Participate in and/or facilitate systematic troubleshooting.
  • Participate in projects with process expertise in collaboration with your equipment responsible colleagues.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An academic background related to this area, for example, in Laboratory Technology or a similar field.
  • Experience in batch release and GMP.
  • Proficiency in LEAN and understanding of systematic problem-solving.
  • The ability to work both independently and in teams, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Danish and preferably English.

 

Nice to have:

  • A keen interest in IT Systems with a technical understanding of production processes.

About the department
You will be part of a Process Support team comprising 17 dedicated and skilled employees with diverse academic backgrounds. The team supports all production facilities at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, all of which are GMP-regulated.
About the Team (New Facility): You will be part of a newly established Process Support team, which is part of the Project Operation team, comprising employees with diverse technical backgrounds and nationalities, all working together to prepare the new factory for operation.
