The Position
As a LEAN Partner, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our organisation. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Strengthening the LEAN culture and promoting continuous improvement at all levels.
- Coaching leaders and employees to adopt and embed LEAN behaviours.
- Implement robust LEAN systems including Leader Standard Work, Process Confirmation, Visual Management, Structured Problem Solving, KATA, and Hoshin Kanri.
- Leading and supporting improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
- Driving strategic initiatives through Hoshin Kanri.
- Conducting LEAN training sessions through our Academy and local events.
You will be on the shop floor regularly, engaging with leaders and employees to understand core processes, challenges, and priorities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Academic degree in engineering, psychology, chemistry, production, or economics or similar.
- Minimum of 3+ years of practical LEAN experience, ideally supplemented with certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN, Change Management).
- Proven experience in coaching leaders and fostering LEAN leadership.
- Experience in a production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in Danish and English.

About the Department
You will be part of our cLEAN and digitalisation team within the Operational Excellence department. As our new cLEAN Partner, you will have a big impact in driving the cLEAN transformation at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech.
In our team of 9 dedicated colleagues, you will be working closely with our Digitalisation and cLEAN Partners.
We are responsible for driving the cLEAN and digitalisation effort at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. We secure and align activities across the organization to ensure improvement of its business processes
