The Job 
As our Lead IT System Manager, you will be working on strengthening our collaboration across the laboratory areas in Quality Control, R&D and Microanalysis Centre by participating in process groups and projects. You will also be expected to help to establish new standards and directions for IT System Management across the whole value chain, including manufacturing, laboratory and administrative IT systems. The ultimate goal is to provide compliant and simplified IT solutions for the entire company.
  
In addition to this, you will be supervising the operation and maintenance of only a few GxP critical IT systems, including handling user management of the systems, perform continuous evaluation of the validated state of the IT systems and manage the expectations of internal customers, system owners and other key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will manage relevant vendor relations, following up on services and deliverables according to relevant agreements. 
 
Your responsibilities summed up:

•    Presenting IT System Management in general and relevant IT systems during audits and inspections
•    Coordinating activities with different stakeholders such as maintenance and changes on the systems
•    Identifying improvements and optimise processes by using LEAN tools
•    Providing advice and consultancy to the end users and managers of the systems in question
•    Participating in projects to ensure that new information technology systems meet user and GMP requirements


In this role, you will initiate changes to ensure effective operations and continuous compliance with authority expectations, IT Security requirements, GAMP5, and GMP. Writing and approving change requests, test protocols and instructions together with performing quality activities, such as risk assessments would be part of your key tasks as well.
Incident management and systematic problem solving in an ITIL-framework is a natural part of your skillset.


Qualifications 
To be successful in this role we expect you to have: 
•    B.Sc. or M.Sc. in IT, automation or engineering or have an equivalent academic background is preferred
•    4+ years of experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems
•    Technical flair and solid understanding of IT compliance within a regulated working environment  
•    Experience with completion of validation and qualification documentation is required
•    Experience with IT system management is required
•    Fluency in English is crucial; ability to speak or willingness to learn Danish would be advantageous

The department 
You will be part of the IT department which consists of 20 dedicated and talented colleagues with different backgrounds. The team is part of the IT&OT department, which in turn is anchored in a director area which also comprises Project Office, IT, cLEAN and Digitalisation. The departments tasks include coordination of operation and maintenance of IT and OT systems, as well as infrastructure across production, laboratories and administrative functions. The department is also a central stakeholder in technical projects across the site. The IT&OT department is currently expanding in order to fulfil the increased demands from customers and regulatory authorities, as well as to ensure a healthy work environment and make more room for personal development and growth.
