The position
 As a Health & Safety Partner you will fulltime participate in our green field project and have the following responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with stakeholders, project members and specialists across the project organization as a Health and Safety subject matter expert to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks.
•    Lead/Participate in workshops and relevant meetings to ensure Health and Safety aspects are identified and implemented.
•    Influence the ability and opportunity for NNPR to reach the long-term strategic goals.
•    Identify better practices and create improvements in methods, techniques, approaches, etc. together with HS Supporters, HS Representatives, mgmt. representatives and stakeholders across NNPR. 
•    Support knowledge sharing and best practices across NNPR, as well as improvements of high innovation and complex projects.

 

Qualifications 
To thrive and succeed in this role, you have:
•    A relevant master's degree, which provides a solid academic foundation in Health and Safety.
•    Full working proficiency in Danish and English, both oral and written.
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in Health and Safety, ideally within pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production or laboratory settings.
•    Experience in project work is essential.

About the department
 You will be part of a matrix organization, primarily anchored in the KNSF project group, with linkage to the NNPR Sustainability Partnering department. Both groups consist of highly engaged, experienced, and qualified professionals who work diligently to support the organisation.
