The position
Your tasks will include:
- Daily operations: Collaborate across NNPR to ensure effective crisis response, fire safety, and emergency preparedness while managing resilience and risk processes. Serve as a subject matter expert in audits, implement initiatives, and training stakeholders.
- Integration and coordination: You will embed resilience into site operations, developing and aligning the NNPR procedures through collaboration with Novo Nordisk stakeholders, management and other stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Plan and lead coordination meetings, providing guidance on crisis, resilience, and security activities for stakeholders.
- Coordinate the local crisis response team during emergencies and represent NNPR in relevant Novo Nordisk networks for crisis response and preparedness.
- Safety and Compliance: Upholding NNPR’s quality system for emergencies, crisis, security and fire management, standards, methods and ensuring consistent excellence, through process confirmation.

Location and hours
The position is based at Københavnsvej, Køge, where we have both research and production activities. You will be working standard office hours and be expected to respond to site resilience issues or if the local crisis response team is activated.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Minimum relevant bachelor’s degree within e.g. crisis management and emergency response or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with crisis and resilience management.
- Full working proficiency in both Danish and English, both orally and written
- worked both independently and within teams, as we support various stakeholders both internally and externally.
As an individual, you are driven, with an optimistic attitude that enables you to pursue key focus areas and achieve results. Furthermore, you have experience in communication and training that allows you to translate complex subjects in a simple way to a diverse group of people. You have a qualitative and analytical mindset giving you a proactive, structured, and systematic approach to tasks. Finally, your colleagues see you as highly motivated, flexible, and friendly, but also persistent and able to get things done.
About the department
You will join the Sustainability Partnering department at NNPR covering three teams: Environment, Health & Safety and Sustainability & Project Governance. Focusing specifically on the Health and Safety team, we are a dedicated group of 14 employees who work diligently to support NNPR.
