The position

As an Environmental Partner, you will work with a wide range of environmental areas including air pollution, CO2 emissions, energy, groundwater, noise, permits, soil, waste, and wastewater by:

  • Setting the direction using data to reach zero environmental impact.
  • Driving, facilitating, and optimizing daily processes.
  • Collaborating across the value chain through daily dialogue.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to the line of business and the project organization.
  • Communicating with regulatory stakeholders, such as municipal authorities and The Danish Environmental Protection Agency, and overseeing the permit application process.

Furthermore, you would be able to:

  • Improve environment teams’ data literacy.
  • Establish expertise in the air emission field at NNPR.


Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we envision:

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years within environmental work, ideally within pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production or laboratory settings.
  • Educational Background: A relevant master's degree, providing a solid academic foundation in Environmental areas.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both oral and written Danish and English
  • Balanced Approach: The ability to negotiate appropriate Environmental solutions while effectively balancing these with other business needs and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, your experience in communication and training enables you to convey complex subjects in a simple manner to diverse groups. You possess a qualitative and analytical mindset, leading to a proactive, structured, and systematic approach to tasks. About the department

You will join the Sustainability Partnering department at NNPR, collaborating with two teams: the Environment team and the Health & Safety team, alongside professional managers within the project portfolio and Sustainability.

Focusing specifically on the Environment team, we are a dedicated group of 9 employees who work diligently to support NNPR. We place a strong emphasis on fostering a diverse and inclusive mindset, while also prioritizing a fun and inquisitive working environment.
