The position

As a Construction Safety Supporter, you will fulltime be part of the Health & Safety team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Review, release and closure of work permits between 06:00 – 17:00
  • Plan and lead coordination meetings and offer guidance on construction activities in the planning and implementation of activities
  • Follow-up on requirements to ensure contractors comply with Environmental, Health and Safety contract obligations
  • Coordinate and support safety issues and report on safety tendencies and compliance
  • Participate in audits, preform training and other safety related items and perform safety inspections and independent verification and safety process confirmation.

 

The position is based in Køge, where you will be work at Københavnsvej 216 and primarily involves working between 06.00 – 17.00 and can include work during national holiday periods and weekends.

 

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Experience as a work environment coordinator at construction sites
  • Certified within construction Occupational Health and Safety (AMK-P & B)
  • Have completed a certified ATEX course
  • Fluent in English and Danish, both verbal and written

 

As a person you have great communications skills and can collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. You can work both independently and within teams, as we support various stakeholders both internally and externally.

 

About the department

You will become a member of the Health & Safety team at NNPR, which oper-ates within the Sustainability Partnering department under the Business Sup-port area. The Health and Safety team are a dedicated group of 16 employees, comprised of professionals, supporters and students, who work diligently to support NNPR H&S standards.
