About the department

We work closely with other internal stakeholders to educate our customers on our products and, more importantly, the disease area. You will report to the Professional Area Sales Manager.

 

The position
As a Professional Medical Specialist, you will have full responsibility and accountability for the assigned region, with a focus on achieving market share growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and diagnosing the market to develop and execute a territory plan.
  • Building effective relationships with assigned customers and providing them with information on our products, devices, and indications.
  • Ensuring timely and consistent follow-up with customers.
  • Actively participating in and contributing to regional meetings, national conferences, and other related events.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) to maximize the sales of Novo Nordisk products.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of field sales experience in Johor Private Hospitals, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Uuniversity degree in science, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A self-starter with a highly engaged and positive attitude, dynamic, results-driven, with excellent networking abilities.
  • Ggood track record, medical knowledge, and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations in a continuously evolving environment.
  • Valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
