The position

As the Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team with administrative, pro-curement, and coordination responsibilities to help ensure smooth operations across cam-paigns and internal initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a global healthcare company that combines innovation with impact. You will directly report to Diabetes Busi-ness Unit Director.

Other responsibilities will include: 

• Assist Brand Managers with administrative and operational support
• Coordinate procurement of marketing goods and services from approved vendors
• Manage inventory, delivery, and distribution of promotional materials
• Process promotional material approvals via Veeva
• Support finance procedures, including vendor payment coordination

Qualifications

On a personal level, we’re seeking a highly motivated and organized graduate with a pas-sion for marketing and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environ-ment.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifica-tions:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, majoring in Marketing or Information Sys-tems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Foundational understanding of digital marketing platforms
• Science or medical background is a plus
