The position
As the Senior P&O Partner for Indonesia, you will:
- Strategize and deliver well-rounded HR programs including people experience, organizational design, talent development & management, culture & change, driving performance leadership, employee relations, and advise across the touchpoints of employee life cycle: attraction, deployment, development, performance, rewards & exit.
- Act as strategic partner for the P&O Director and Business Leaders on people & organisation programs and initiatives.
- Co-develop plans with the P&O Director and deliver results in very dynamic environments, as well as support the development of strategies for the P&O function in the Affiliate.
- Interpret business issues, recommend solutions to the P&O Director & Business Leaders, and own & lead the interventions, as well as special projects within the Affiliate.
- Establish & continuously improve programs, practices & policies which serve the needs of the business, the needs of employees & are in current legal compliance. Help organization to find balanced risk assessment.
- Work independently and actively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree in business, management, or human resources is a plus point.
- 7+ years of experience in driving strategic human resources, with very strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of functional areas within the profession of Human Resources, including Local Labour Law.
- Experience as HRBP in multi-national company is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is optional.
- Professional certifications in human resources are nice to have.
- Great written, verbal, & public speaking skills and fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
