The Sales team at Novo Nordisk Indonesia is a group of highly motivated professionals who are dedicated to changing diabetes. The position
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a sales team to meet regional sales targets, ensuring high productivity and alignment with company objectives.
  • Execute Novo Nordisk's sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand market share. Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and key accounts to set goals, align strategies, and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct on-field monitoring, requiring 50% business travel, and be willing to relocate within Indonesia
  • Analyze sales data to monitor market trends, adjusting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Manage relationships with distributors to ensure consistent product availability and optimize customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and support a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business data and forecasting sales trends.
