The Customer Engagement (CE) department at Novo Nordisk Indonesia plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and multichannel engagement strategies that enhance our interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.

 

The position
As a Patient Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Build and implement strategic patient engagement plans, including campaign management and journey orchestration through both face-to-face and digital channels.
  • Develop engagement strategies for new patient segments with optimized channel selection.
  • Create and execute a social media strategy targeting both the general population and patients.
  • Develop and implement creative health-related campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Execute cross-platform online campaigns and targeted offline digital initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business/communication/IT/Design/Pharmacy/Medical fields.
  • At least 7 years of experience working in healthcare company focusing on communication/consumer marketing/patient engagement, NGO in healthcare space, Creative/PR agencies with experience in managing healthcare industry.
  • Able to tailor messages to relevant stakeholders from various levels of authority and experience internally selling concepts and initiatives that challenge the status quo.
  • Strong experience in managing projects and events, from conception to results monitoring.
