Your new role

We are looking for a digital-savvy leader to transform Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement across our portfolios. This role will design and deliver an integrated omnichannel strategy, enabling automation and driving digital transformation in both commercial and medical organization. The individual will lead key digital platforms including WhatsApp ecosystems, rep-led digital activities, HCP portals, AI-powered engagement tools, scientific content journeys, and omnichannel analytics—enhancing HCP reach, engagement quality, customer experience, and commercial outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will drive innovation and a customer-centric operating model to accelerate our digital transformation.

 

Your key accountabilities encompass the following:

  • Lead HCP omnichannel strategy and execution across physical, digital, remote, and AI-enabled channels.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of digital rep-lead tools, HCP portals, WhatsApp engagement, webinars, and digital engagement platforms.
  • Develop customer-centric engagement journeys leveraging segmentation and analytics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized scientific engagement and superior customer experience.
  • Monitor engagement performance, derive insights, and continuously improve channel effectiveness and business outcome
  • Build organizational capabilities in omnichannel excellence, AI-powered engagement, and digital innovation

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for curious, creative and digitally savvy leader who is excited to drive innovations and execution in customer engagement. You will bring with you:

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Digital/IT, or a related field; a Master's degree (e.g. MBA, Digital Marketing, Health Sciences) is considered an advantage
  • >7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, MedTech, or Digital Health organizations, with demonstrated success in Customer Engagement, Omnichannel, Commercial Excellence, Digital Transformation, or related functions. Experience in HCP-focused digital initiatives will be an advantage
  • Strong passion for digital engagement, with a finger on the pulse of current new technologies to engage with customer in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative and commercially minded spirit
