About the department

The Clinical, Medical and Regulatory (CMR) Department in Novo Nordisk Indonesia is a strong team of highly driven people. They enable the growth of the business through efficient CMR activities and robust cross-functional collaboration.

You will be reporting to the Senior Medical Manager and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

The position
In this role, you will be actively to ensure the building and maintaining of a strong scientific comprehension of Novo Nordisk marketed products and to help the development of portfolio products. The MSL conveys 
up-to-date medical knowledge and clinical trial data with external stakeholders and effectively answers inaccurate-driven claims related to Novo Nordisk products in a scientifically accurate and consistent manner aligned with the overall Medical Strategies and direction.
Some of your key activities will be to:

  • Execute affiliate medical strategy into local activities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
  • Ensure close and positive interaction with HCPs to facilitate proper and effective scientific information dissemination.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders across Indonesia to execute scientific programs.
  • Actively participate in scientific meetings to stay updated on the latest scientific knowledge.
     

Qualifications

  • Apothecary educational background with a minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Medical doctor background will be recognised as a Regional Medical Advisor role.
  • Strong scientific knowledge, preferably in diabetes or related fields.
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive "can-do attitude," with fluency in English as a plus.
