The Clinical, Medical and Regulatory (CMR) department at Novo Nordisk Indonesia is a dynamic and collaborative team committed to driving business through science. The position
As Medical Advisor, you will play a key role in executing the medical strategy for our diabetes portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Medical Manager, you will collaborate closely with Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSLs), Commercial, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective medical engagement and scientific leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local medical strategies, including support for product launches and lifecycle activities, in alignment with affiliate and regional plans.
- Build strong scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and medical societies while representing Novo Nordisk at relevant events.
- Provide scientific training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and compliant communication.
- Contribute to real-world evidence generation and medical initiatives, including Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) and scientific engagement.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with cross-functional exposure.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate complex science into clear messaging.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in diabetes combined with strategic thinking and business acumen.
