Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for law, quality, and compliance? Join our Legal, Compliance & Quality (LCQ) team as an LCQ Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting business ethics, training, and digital transformation initiatives.

The Legal, Compliance & Quality (LCQ) department ensures that Novo Nordisk operates with the highest standards of ethics, legal integrity, and product quality. LCQ supports the organization by overseeing business ethics training, managing internal policies, leading quality improvement initiatives, and facilitating legal compliance across functions. As part of LCQ, interns gain valuable exposure to cross-functional collaboration and learn how governance supports a sustainable and trustworthy healthcare business.

The position
You’ll work on enhancing training materials, supporting automation efforts, finalizing contract templates, managing various systems and documentation, and assisting with agreement reviews.

• Internship Duration: 6 months
• Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
• Internship allowances provided

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with a flair for design.
• Agile and energetic, with the ability to multitask.
• Law graduates or students (in last semester) preferred.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and other digital tools is a plus.
