Your new role
The internship opportunity will give you the opportunity to develop skills sets that will be beneficial to your future career growth such finance project and accounting operations. Our team is small, close-knit, agile, fun, and highly motivated, passionate about driving change for patients. As a Finance Intern you will:

  • Support the Entity Conversion project and drive its execution.
  • Optimise processes and ensure everything is in order within the department.
  • Gain hands-on experience in financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Internship duration: 5 January 2026 – 31 July 2026. 
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (inclusive of lunch hour).
  • Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Internship allowance will be given.


Your new department
You will be joining the Finance & Operations team at Novo Nordisk, where we manage the financial and accounting operations of the organisation. Our responsibilities include preparing budgets, reports, forecasts, and statutory returns, conducting financial analyses, managing taxation affairs, cost accounting systems, and cash flow, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about creating a positive work environment and supporting employee development.

 

Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Recent graduate from bachelor’s degree program in finance or accounting.
  • Strong academic background with consistent high performance and a solid foundation in quantitative and analytical subjects.
  • Proficient in finance and accounting principles, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
