Are you tech-savvy and passionate about digital communication? Join Novo Nordisk as a Digital Engagement Intern and work closely with the Customer Engagement (CE) team to support impactful projects in digital healthcare communication.

The Customer Engagement (CE) department at Novo Nordisk Indonesia plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and multichannel engagement strategies that enhance our interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
The position
As a Digital Engagement Intern, you will support the migration of our HCP portal and assist with other digital engagement efforts such as emails, WhatsApp blasts, and webinars. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution and enhance user experience through web tools.
- Internship Duration: 6 months
- Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
- Internship allowances provided
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic digital acumen and project management skills.
- Able to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of Figma for web design; graphic design skills are a plus.
