We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our team in our Finance & Operations (F&O) department. Your new role
The internship opportunity will give you the opportunity to develop skills sets that will be beneficial to your future career growth such as a data architecture and visualization projects, collaborate with stakeholders on requirement gathering, and prepare frameworks to drive business insights. As a Data Analyst Intern you will:

  • Design and implement data architecture and modelling solutions to prepare clean, analysis-ready datasets that support visualizations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into analytical specifications, and create visual dashboards.
  • Develop frameworks and perform exploratory analyses using visualization tools.
  • Internship duration: 5 January 2026 – 31 July 2026. 
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (inclusive of lunch hour).
  • Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Internship allowance will be given.


Your new department
You will be joining the Finance & Operations team at Novo Nordisk, which play a pivotal role in driving strategic business decisions and supporting organisational growth through data-driven insights. As an intern, you will collaborate with experienced professionals across both functions, gaining hands-on exposure to analytics projects that impact finance & operations within the pharmaceutical industry. The department is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, offering a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere where you can make a real impact.

 

Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in the role, we seek candidates who fulfil the following criteria:

  • Recent graduate in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline. 
  • Proficiency in data modelling and visualization tools, with a strong emphasis on Power BI (Python is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
